Tom DiCillo Has Landed

Films and screening times

The US Indie director arrived in a good mood yesterday and immediately greeted the audience at the German premiere of his rockabilly cult film JOHNNY SUEDE with a young Brad Pitt in his first starring role. Later that evening he was on hand for Q & A after the screening of LIVING IN OBLIVION.

Tom DiCillo will be at select screenings over the next few days to talk with audiences:

Today, Sunday June 26, he will be in the Black Box at 6 pm for Filmmakers Live. Free admission!

After the 10:30 pm screening, he'll be at the Q & A to talk about his documentary THE DOORS - WHEN YOU'RE STRANGE, a gem for both music and film fans.

DiCillo will be on hand Tuesday, June 28, after the 5:30 pm screening to talk about DOUBLE WHAMMY starring Denis Leary, Elizabeth Hurley and Steve Buscemi. 

Tom will also talk about BOX OF MOONLIGHT with John Turturro, Sam Rockwell and Catherine Keener after the 10:30 pm screening on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, June 29 at 7:45 pm, after the screening of THE REAL BLONDE he'll take questions and talk about his long relationship with Steve Buscemi as well as the celebrity phenonomen.

Tom DiCillo will also be the DJ in the Open Lounge at the festival center on Wednesday evening - "Chillin'" with DiCillo.

On Monday, June 27, the Q & A sessions after the 5:30 pm screening of THE REAL BLONDE and the 8 pm screening of BOX OF MOONLIGHT have been cancelled.
