The One Future Prize goes to CAIRO EXIT, Kinderfilmfest Audience
Award to THE MAGICIANS

The One Future Prize of Eckart
Bruchner's ecumenical Interfilm-Akademie was awarded to Hesham
Issawi for CAIRO EXIT.
The Honorary One Future Prize was awarded posthumously to Israeli
director and peace activist Juliano Mer Hamis, who was
assasinated in Jenin in April of this year.
The Kinderfilmfest Audience Award went to THE MAGICIANS
(The Netherlands) by Joram Lürsen. The Bayern 3 Audience Award
presented by the Abendzeitung went to WADER / WECKER -
VATER LAND (Germany) by Rudi Gaul. The TELE 5 Award for the best
German feature film (presented this year for the first time) went
to FRANKFURT COINCIDENCES by Enkelejd Lluca. The winner of this new
prize - you vote online - was announced at 7:30 pm just before the
screening of the closing night film LE HAVRE by
Aki Kaurismäki. There will be an additional screening of FRANKFURT
COINCIDENCES on Sunday, July 3, at 11:15 am in CinemaxX.

El festival de cine de Munich es el más grande festival no competitivo en Alemania.
