FANNY'S JOURNEY

Fanny is a Jewish girl in a French orphanage in 1943. When she and her friends are no longer safe from the Nazis, they try to flee to Switzerland. After their guide disappears, Fanny has to take the lead and help the other kids make it over the mountains. Eleven kids on a life-or-death adventure based on a true story.


This gripping film will also be shown in original French in the childrensfilm sidebar (Tuesday, June 28 th, 3 pm and Wednesday June 29 th 9 at Carl-Orff-Saal, Gasteig).

Lola Doillon

Lola Doillon was born in France in 1975. Her father was French film director Jacques Doillon. She wrote and directed ET TOI T’ES SUR QUI? (2007) and CONTRE TOI (2010).
