By no means rotten: everything is fresh, surprising, and irreverent in this journey through the underbelly of the movie business and social media.
What does a filmmaker do when things aren't going his way? He goes on vacation to have lots of sex with strangers on the beach. At least that's what his boss planned to do. But when you're talking about Chilean director Sebastián Silva, who plays an unflattering version of himself here, plans aren't part of the equation. And so this search for meaning becomes an uproarious trip across all meta levels, imbued with a mockery that spares nothing and no one.
