Logline

An entertaining heavy metal journey through time, from humdrum village life in the 1980s to the huge, star-studded music festival, based on actual events.

At the Wacken heavy metal festival, the event’s co-founder, Holger Hübner, suffers an electric shock and falls into a coma. His partner, Thomas Jensen, aims to help him regain consciousness by talking to him. And so, from his bedside, Thomas tells the story of their joint project — one that started out naive and was at times odd, but ultimately became successful beyond imagination.

The screening will include the first two episodes of the series.
