Logline
A brutally honest drama about a teenage romance in the shadow of violence and betrayal.
In a dreary small town, a boy meets a heartbroken girl who has had a secret affair with the soccer coach. Because the boy wants to leave town, he suggests blackmailing the coach in order to finance their getaway. This naive plan fails, however, and soon the two adolescents come up with other risky schemes.

Meet the director
Li-Da Hsu
Li-Da Hsu was born in 1982. He studied filmmaking at the Taipei National University of the Arts. Women, family, and adolescence are recurring themes in his works. His TV movie THE LONG GOODBYE (2017) earned the awards for best director and best screenplay at the 52nd Golden Bell Awards.
