DUEL IN THE NIGHT Jonas Birke, a new inspector in the Frankfurt homicide division, has only one night to make the charge stick on the man arrested for the murder of a former police officer because his boss is set on announcing the suspect’s name to the press the next morning. One night – normally enough time considering the man's previous record and all the evidence points to his actually having committed the crime.
