THE CURSE OF THE JARJACHAS - INCEST IN THE ANDES In a village in Ayacucho, a young man committs incest with his half-sister, whereupon they turn into 'jarjachas', mythical creatures of the Andes that subsist on a diet of human brains. Mateo and Cirilo, two teenagers from the village, go off to hunt the jarjachas down. But all the suspicion that arose in the years of terrorism leads the inhabitants of the neighboring village to mistake them for brutal criminals.
