Young Montrealer Tom travels to the countryside to attend the funeral of his lover who was killed in an accident. Arriving at the isolated family farm he is surprised to learn that nobody expects him. Mother Agathe isn't even aware that her son was gay. And Francis, the older brother, is quick to tell him that it must stay this way. Intimidated by his violent threats Tom is lured into a darkly fascinating game of cat-and-mouse with the sultry redneck...
