Cindy is a teenage girl with curves in all the right places and then some. She's bored with her life with her 'best' girlfriends, her little dog Werner and her fatalistic neighbor Danny. She lives in Schönefeld, a suburb of Berlin, where her hopes of ever escaping are at as much of a standstill as still as the construction at the nearby site of the new Berlin international airport.
When Cindy gets to know some foreign engineers at the future airport, her dreary existence is shaken up. Cindy gets her first taste of the big, wide world and surprises everyone by breaking out of the beaten paths of suburbia – with a cherry tomato between her lips and a red dress clinging her ample hips.
