Rasmus doesn't have much time left to enjoy life. He's just been diagnosed with ALS. But instead of drowning in self-pity, he forges ahead. His old friend Frederik is looking for a partner and investor in his business. Together, they set off for China to sell St. Bernards as status symbols to the new middle class. Soon, however, the two men notice that they are really far away from home.

Danish journalist, moderator and filmmaker Mads Brügger was born in 1972. He worked for print media and radio and was the occasional host of the late -night talk show "The 11th Hour" (2007). In the documentary film THE AMBASSADOR (2011), Brügger posed as a diplomat to explore the trade in blood diamonds in Africa.
