Chef Jan Hartwig and the service team of the three Michelin-starred Restaurant Atelier prove that enjoyment also mutates into a work of art on the plate. Chef Jan Hartwig was named "Chef of the Year 2016" by the renowned magazine Der Feinschmecker. For the jury of the Gastro Guide "Gault & Millau", Jan Hartwig is also the "Rising Star of the Year" in Bavaria. "Everything is always perfect in terms of craftsmanship and aromatic down to the icing on the cake," say the critics about their decision. Created by renowned Belgian art dealer Axel Vervoordt, the luxuriously simple design exudes the flair of an artist's studio with an intimate atmosphere. Discover, behind a mobile wall designed by Dirk Vander Eecken, a cosy privé or the small terrace embedded with fire maple, the Silent Garden.

Few bars were legends before they opened. Falk's Bar is located in the famous Spiegelsaal (Hall of Mirrors) from 1839, the only room in the Bayerischer Hof that survived World War 2 unscathed. The combination of tradition and modernity - with the richly decorated stucco ceiling and the changing play of colours on the bar - make Falk's Bar a popular meeting place for Munich's nightlife. Our bar team recommends classic cocktails, long drinks and our own creations as well as fine snacks from our garden. By the way, also as an aperitif before a visit to the neighbouring Cinema Lounge.
