FILMMAKERS LIVE! DRAGTIVISM - A TALK ABOUT QUEENDOM

The urban space becomes an activist stage for her, her appearance as a drag queen a protest against the queer-hostile regime: With her subversive-spectacular costumes, the performance artist Gena Marvin causes offence on Moscow's streets - which does not remain without consequences for her. Director Agniia Galdanova accompanied Gena in her challenging everyday life as a rebellious drag activist with her camera.
