MY NAME IS MYEISHA
Nineteen-year-old Myeisha Jackson sets off with her cousin and a friend to enjoy the glittering nightlife of Los Angeles when their car has a flat tire. While her companions go off to get help, Myeisha stays in the car and falls asleep. The police arrive, and a misunderstanding turns into a tragedy. A gunshot opens up a dream world full of Sturm und Drang and possibility and hip-hop. Based on a true story and on the stage play "Dreamscape" by Rickerby Hinds.

Gus Krieger is a director, author and producer who lives in Los Angeles. He has been involved mainly with horror films such as WOULD YOU RATHER (2012), THE BINDING (2016), and FENDER BENDER (2016). He writes for the stage as well as for the big screen.
