A moving and touching drama about a young dancer going through an existential crisis.
Élise’s life has only ever revolved around dance. But when she’s injured one day during a performance, this dream seems to be over. Physiotherapy replaces the stage as the center of her daily routine. It’s uncertain whether she’ll ever be able to dance again. And now? In order to clear her mind, she joins a friend and her partner in Brittany, where she reflects on her situation, her family, and her goals in life. In collaboration with Israeli choreographer Hofesh Shechter, director Cédric Klapisch takes us into a world of great emotions and rousing dances, but also of tender interpersonal stories and searches for meaning.
