Logline

I am submissive, therefore I am. But am I enough? And what do I really want?

In her documentary I HATE MYSELF :), Joanna Arnow chronicled with ruthless candor a relationship that was at times difficult. In her feature film debut, her protagonist stumbles through life and has her doubts. Changes are afoot at her workplace. And even her pleasure at submission during her BDSM encounters has become a bit stale. Could a frightfully normal relationship be the answer to everything?
