General information about CAST ME IN:
Opening doors, creating encounters – for more visibility of people with disabilities in film. This is the goal of the ‘Cast Me In’ initiative by Tina Thiele with Erwin Aljukic as patron. During Casting Event (by invitation), actors with and without disabilities from Munich and the region will be meeting with casting decision-makers. A public panel will ask what German colleagues can learn from their international peers on the subject of "inclusion in film". Director Caroline Link will present her legendary film drama „Beyond Silence". The event, in cooperation with Filmfest Munich, is supported by, among others, patron Caroline Link, the HFF, the Freie Bühne München as well as acting graduates, decision-makers, associations, and initiatives. Event barrier-free.
