An idiosyncratic coming-of-age debut film that won four awards in Venice!

The apartment Maria shares with her mother is filled to the brim with love — and with all the junk the two of them collect on their nighttime walks. This symbiotic and contented relationship with garbage has an expiration date, however, and Maria must learn to free herself of a habit that has given her a feeling of security.
