A world premiere: Little Christian must choose between fulfilling his aunt’s expectations and bonding with his unpleasant father.
Ten-year-old Christian is allowed to skip school in order to go to an amusement park with his father. Appearances to the contrary, their lives are clouded by domestic violence and money problems. Since the death of their mother, his aunt has cared for the children and done everything to ensure that Christian can attend a good school.

Meet the director
Marc Brummund
Marc Brummund studied psychology and journalism in Hamburg and documentary film at ZeLIG in Bolzano. From 2004 to 2006 he attended the master class in directing at the Hamburg Media School. His films have earned more than 80 awards, including the German Short Film Award in 2005 and 2007, the First Steps Award, the Studio Hamburg Newcomer Award for Best Director, a nomination for the Student Oscar in 2007, and the German Screenplay Award in 2013.
