Four years after the demise of the East German state, two-time Olympic ice-skating champion Katarina Witt plans a comeback in order to prove to herself and reunified Germany that she’s still got it. But to do so, she must work with her former coach, Jutta Müller, and endure the toughest training of her life.

Mimi Kezele
Mimi Kezele’s short film MILAN (2007) received over 40 awards at international festivals and was nominated for a Student Academy Award. Her debut film, MY BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY (2012), earned the Bavarian Film Award for best young director and the Bernhard Wicki Peace Prize. She is an honorary professor at the University of Television and Film Munich (HFF) and director of the Drehbuchwerkstatt München.
